Where are you located?

We are located in QLD, Australia!

Do you post overseas?

We sure do! Sparkle Beads and Blanks can ship world wide. However tariffs and fees can make shipping to the US quite expensive. 

How long till I get my order?

If your order is a custom made item processing time is approx 4-7 business days. Anything that is not custom such as pens and beads, processing time is approx 1-2 business days.

Do you offer local pickup?

We currently offer local pickup from Townsville, QLD. An email will be sent once your item is ready to be collected.

Can I return my item if I change my mind?

We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges for a change of mind on custom orders. In the event your product has arrived damaged or incorrect please contact us right away so that we can arrange a solution that will satisfy you.
